Comment If I had to pick out the player of the day and use one word to describe their performance it would have to be Jamie White and the word would be unstoppable (3 wins in his pool 2 with marvellous ippon throws followed by 2 further ippon throws in his semi and final to take the gold). Everyone who took part performed brilliantly unfortunately everyone can't take home a medal, there’s always next time. All players performances improved during their successive contests. The next chance to take home some medals is the Millennium League on 4th July this one is only open to those players who are 6th mon or less and who have graded in the last 12 months. This is a good chance to compete against players who are of a similar standard.
