The Dorking Judo Club - DJC judo display at Dorking Vintage Day / Carnival - July 2003

Lots of juniors and seniors turned out for the DJC judo display at Dorking Vintage Day / Carnival in Meadowbank on Saturday 12th July.
The club managed to put on two displays of judo for the crowds and throughout the day invited youngsters onto the mat to give it a try.
The tombola made £110 for the Brigitte Trust so thanks to everyone who contributed gifts and particular thanks to Ynés and the lawlor Family for manning the tombola stall for the whole day.
There were lots of stalls , rides and displays and the day was very hot, so hot that everyone was forced to keep their socks on !
Peter Leach and his brother were there with Aggrobot III and bits of Aggrotbot II. A big thank you to all those that did manage to make the carnival and make the day a big success.
